So I have made tens of tests and found out a very interesting way to easily check whether Your PC will be able to run PUBG if You own CSGO. Why CSGO? That's the game most steam users have, thus my choice.
Steps:
1.Run CSGO and set Your settings to possible lowest, maintaining 1080p resolution. (turn off vsync!)
2.Check Your FPS and save it or remember.
3.Divide the number of FPS You have in CSGO and divide by 5.
4.That's the average FPS You'll have in the game with lowest settings!
EDIT: After 1.0 Release the game is actually (somewhat) optimized so the guide content was changed accordingly.
