High FPS, but stutter? Give this a try! Nvidia Profile Inspector

Introduction
The game is optimized poorly, however it is way better than it was before, there are no magic settings that will make the game run absolutely great, so please understand that. Most of the settings/tweaks are from other sources, i give full credit to those guys. I just packed into here what worked for me and my PC.
Nvidia Profile Inspector Settings
1.Download Nvidia Profile Inspector Download Here[github.com]
2.Open it and find Playerunknown's Battlegrounds in the list at the top.
3.Find this line 2 - Sync and Refresh: Frame Rate Limiter Mode
4.Change it to this:
if that doesn't work, give this one a try:
5.Click Apply at the top right.

Nvidia Control Panel Settings
1:
2:

In the Nvidia Control panel go to Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Find Playerunknown's Battlegrounds(If you can't find it, just browse where the game's .exe is located "Tslgame") (<Steam Install folder>\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64) there and change the settings there, so it will only be active when you are playing the game.
  • Maximum Pre-Rendered Frames: 1 (controls the number of frames the CPU prepares in advanced of being rendered)
  • Power management mode: Prefer Maximum Performance
  • Shader Cache: Turn this on if you have your game on an SSD, off if on HDD. (Read more about it Here[www.overclock.net])
  • Texture Filtering - Anisotropic Sample optimization: Off (It is recommended that Texture Filtering - Anisotropic Sample Optimization be set to Off under Global Settings to ensure the highest image quality when Anisotropic Filtering is in use. HOWEVER on different sites they say different things about this setting, so if every inch of performance increase is a must, turn if off then. Experiment with it.)
  • Texture Filtering - Quality: High Performance
  • Threaded Optimization: On (I find that Turning it On gives me better FPS, but try turning it off and see if it's any better.)
  • Vertical Sync: Off
Note: I am using 388.71 version, give 391.01 a go if you have a 10xx series card.
Other
These are some settings that I disabled related to Nvidia Settings:
  • I did not install Geforce Experience, only the Nvidia driver and the PhysX.(If you don't use Experience, no point installing it anyways. And people reported gaining more FPS, if they did not install Geforce Experience.)
  • In the Nvidia Control Panel under "Help" disabled "Allow Experience Improvement Program"
  • Disabled Nvidia Temetry Container in Services (Basically it collects data.) (Read more about it Here[www.ghacks.net])
  • After starting the game, open up the Task Manager(CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and under "Details" find TslGame, right click on it, and set the Priority to High. This will prioritizes the game.
Also i recommend you guys to check out this guide aswell, it has some really nice tweaks.

Disable Replay and Death Cam under Gameplay

!Use it at your own risk, if you are not sure about something, just check the linked sources for in-depth information! It did not break my computer, and it won't break yours!

To reset the settings to the default ones just click the Nvidia logo in the Profile Inspector and it will reset your settings to the default one!

If you have any suggestions, please leave a feedback so we can help each other. Also post your PC Specs, and if any of this helped or not. I really hope, that this guide helps you.
